14-Day Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted when the issue is caused by an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.)
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

2. Starting a Return

• To begin a return, email us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your item.
• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.
• Returns are reviewed against these guidelines to determine eligibility. You'll need to complete the steps above and provide proof of the defect before a return is approved.

3. Shipping Responsibility

• Customers cover the shipping cost for returning the item.
• A tracking number is required to confirm the item was shipped back.

4. Return Approval

• Once your return is reviewed and approved, we'll send instructions on where to send the item.
• Returns that are not approved, or items sent to the wrong address, will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll let you know the status of your refund.
• Refunds cover the item's cost only. Original shipping fees are not refunded.

Note: Returns that don't meet the conditions above won't be processed. Thanks for understanding.

Unhappy with Your Order?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you're entitled to a refund, but you must contact us directly to start the return process. Disputing the charge with your payment provider instead of contacting us first may be treated as a violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974.
